Bruce Cutter (Mr. Bruce) has guided our Pack's Scouts with patience, wisdom, & an unwavering commitment to their growth. A recipient of the AOL award & an Eagle Scout himself, Bruce knows this journey from the inside out. For the past few years, his heart & leadership have been especially dedicated to our Arrow of Light Scouts as they prepared to take their next big step into Scouts BSA.

Through countless meetings, activities, & adventures, Bruce has done more than teach skills. He's helped AOLs build confidence, resilience, & pride in who they are becoming. He supported them through challenges, celebrated their successes, & led by example, showing them that true leadership is about listening, inspiring, & showing up when it matters most.
